About Personal and Partner Training

Personal training allows you the benefit of one-on-one interaction with one of our caring and certified personal trainers. We'll personalize your exercise program, making sure it is safe, effective and balanced. Depending on your needs, goals, and current fitness status, our expertise will help you burn fat, build lean muscle, and become more flexible. For couples or friends who would like to train together, we offer partner training. All personal or partner training begins with a free consultation at the Studio.

Personal and partner training yoga and Pilates is also available. Personal or partner sessions provide the benefit of yoga or Pilates class, but with specific opportunities to work on your needs and goals. Our private Pilates sessions can incorporate the Pilates Reformer at our J Street location, and a large variety of equipment at our H Street studio.

Group Personal Training is perfect for continuing your fitness program after several (6 - 12) personal training sessions. You'll be sharing the trainer, enjoying the group energy, and getting individualized guidance during these regularly scheduled one-hour workouts. Groups meet two or three times per week.

Due to the limited space in these groups, please call for times, day, and availability.
