After attending only
10 fitbody bootcamp sessions I have seen a significant change in
my body shape and in my overall fitness. I am wearing jeans I
haven't been able to put on for two years because of the
reduction in my thighs. Rose has great energy and her classes
are challenging and tough, always fun and the atmosphere
welcoming and
never competitive.

After so many years,
I realized that life offers us so little time to really enjoy
it, and that I have always had so many excuses to do things I
wanted to do. My sister’s diagnosis was a turning point for me
to be more attentive to my own life, and stop making excuses for
all the things I want to accomplish. In July 2011, I registered
for the Urban Cow Half Marathon. I decided to hire Rose Zahnn to
train me for this event. She was wonderful – she exceeded my
expectations. We sat down with a calendar and made a plan which
was exciting. Rose not only met with me during those weeks, she
also supported me via email, texts, and phone calls when I
needed a boost. There were times during these eight weeks that I
questioned everything that I was doing. Was I really capable of
running that far? Was I taking too much time away from my
family? On some of my training runs I just kept thinking about
how I was doing this for myself, and also for my sister,
husband, child, and brother-in-law. For me to keep in shape was
important to everyone that relies on me to help support them
too. I needed to do this for myself, so I could be there for
others. Plus, it felt darn good to accomplish my goal! I've
since joined the 6am FitBody BootCamp, and I'm planning my next
big goal. . .

My first visit to
Healthy Habits was in March 2011. I immediately loved it &
enjoyed the variety of classes they offered. Rose, Janel & Marc
are all amazing! I started having more energy and feeling better
about myself within the first couple of months, but still needed
to lose about 20lbs. I decided to do the Isagenix 9-day cleanse
after hearing great things about it. I knew it was going to be
tough but I was determined! I completed the cleanse and
lost 9 lbs! I not only lost weight, but I had more energy and
felt even more motivated to reach my goal weight! Doing the
cleanse was a kick start to my weight loss and it taught me how
to eat right. I continued the healthy eating and taking my
classes at Healthy Habits and was able to lose another 10 lbs! I
am so grateful to Rose who has been a great inspiration and has
been there to help me reach my goal. Thank you all at Healthy
Habits!!
