Our Certified Personal Trainers are ready to help you reach your
fitness goals, whether it's weight loss, getting in shape or
getting back in shape, training for an athletic event (like a
triathlon or 10K) or a life event (like a wedding, pregnancy, or
high school reunion). You can even use our
Personal Training to
prepare for our Group Training, BootCamp, or workouts.
Personal Training
is, well, personal... So your program will be designed to
meet your specific needs and goals.
You can choose to
include in your sessions some, or all, of the following:
Weight Training (free weights, machine, weights, bands,
FitBalls and other methods)
Cardio (treadmill, elliptical, bike, walking, running,
Gliding discs or sports drills)
Pilates (with or without props, to build core strength,
muscle tone and flexibility)
Yoga (standing and floor poses for fitness, flexibility,
strength and stress management/relaxation if desired)
We offer a
complimentary consultation,
by appointment, to
help you decide if Personal Training is right for you. Our staff
members are mature, experienced and professional, and we
maintain all fitness industry certifications with continued
education.
