About Yoga

Yoga is an ancient system of exercise for improving strength, flexibility, mental clarity and happiness. At Healthy Habits, we provide classes that strengthen and stretch the major muscles of the body, increase the power of the heart and lungs, and provide relaxation and release from a stressful day!

Our classes range in difficulty from beginner to advance. All classes are taught by YogaFit-trained instructors, allowing us to focus on challenging our bodies while maintaining physically safe and dynamic alignment.
