Learn to Be Lean ProgramThis six-week, low-fat lifestyle program is unlike any nutrition class you've taken. Designed to lower your body fat at a safe rate for lasting results, this fun and support class will open your eyes to how easy a healthy lifestyle can be. We meet at as a group once a week to learn how to become leaner while dining out, cooking, shopping, and eating on the go. You'll set realistic, measurable goals, and reach them without being hungry. Enjoy simple recipes that are delicious and healthy for the whole family. We recommend this class and the follow-up classes as a starting point or in addition to your fitness program.
